1. Introduction & Entities

OraBridge is a service provided by NEXORA TRADING & TECHNOLOGIES FZC LLC (UAE), hereinafter "The Provider." We have appointed our affiliate, ICOMRETAILS LLC (USA), as our official global billing and payment agent. By using OraBridge, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by both entities in accordance with this policy.

2. Data Processing Roles

• Customer as Controller: You (the Broker/Business) are the Data Controller of the phone numbers and message content you upload.
• OraBridge as Processor: We act as the Data Processor, acting only on your instructions to facilitate messaging via the WhatsApp Business API.

3. Information We Collect & Sub-Processors

To provide our "Bridge" service, we share data with the following essential sub-processors:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp): To deliver messages. (Data is end-to-end encrypted, but metadata is processed by Meta).
• Vercel Inc.: For secure infrastructure and application hosting.
• Stripe / ICOMRETAILS LLC: For processing subscription payments. Credit card data is never stored on Nexora servers; it is handled by PCI-DSS compliant systems.

4. Cross-Border Data Transfers

As a global service, your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States and the European Union. We ensure all transfers comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (2021) and GDPR standard contractual clauses where applicable.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Message Logs: We retain message status logs (Delivered/Read) for 30 days to provide analytics.
• Contact Lists: Stored until you delete them or terminate your account.
• Account Data: Retained for the duration of the business relationship + 5 years for legal/tax compliance in the UAE/USA.

6. Your Rights (UAE & International)

Under Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE) and global standards, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request the "Right to be Forgotten" (deletion) of your personal data

7. Consent to WhatsApp Terms

By using OraBridge, you also agree to be bound by the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta's Data Processing Terms.
