1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orabridge, a service provided by NEXORA TRADING & TECHNOLOGIES FZC LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Orabridge is a WhatsApp business communication platform that enables businesses to send bulk messages, manage contacts, automate responses, and track analytics through the WhatsApp Business API.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Orabridge to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy
• Send illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. WhatsApp Compliance

Users must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate WhatsApp's policies, as this may affect our ability to provide the service.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed by ICOMRETAILS LLC (USA)
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

Orabridge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NEXORA TRADING & TECHNOLOGIES FZC LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXORA TRADING & TECHNOLOGIES FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
