NEXORA TRADING & TECHNOLOGIES FZC LLC operates a strict no-refund policy for all Orabridge subscriptions and services. As a digital product that provides immediate access to our platform upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a subscription has been activated.

Why No Refunds?

Immediate Access: Upon subscription, you receive instant access to all platform features, making it impossible to "return" the service.

Digital Nature: As a digital SaaS product, the service cannot be physically returned or resold.

Resource Allocation: Server resources and API access are provisioned immediately upon subscription activation.

What This Means

No refunds for monthly or annual subscription fees
No refunds for unused message credits
No refunds for partial billing periods
No refunds for plan downgrades
No refunds for account termination due to policy violations

Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
No future charges will be made
Unused credits will not be refunded or transferred

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion, such as:

Duplicate charges due to technical errors
Service unavailability caused directly by us for extended periods
