1. Subscription Plans
Orabridge offers various subscription plans with different features and message limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page. All plans are provided as digital services.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through ICOMRETAILS LLC, our US-based payment processing entity. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
3. Billing Cycle
- Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days from your subscription start date
- Annual Plans: Billed once per year from your subscription start date
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- You will receive a billing reminder before each renewal
4. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Message credits do not roll over between billing periods
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time (see Refund Policy)
- Unused message credits will expire at the end of your billing period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is received. We will notify you via email of any payment issues.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
